2025 - Season Practice Schedule:  May 27 - July 10; 7 week schedule

There will be no practice on Wednesday July 2nd or Thursday July 3rd

**TIMES SUBJECT TO CHANGE based on enrollement for each age group.

Iron Express Summer Swim Team is open to all Frisco and surrounding area residents ages 5-18 years old.

**Must be 5 years old by May 28th, 2024 AND be able to swim 25 yards non-stop, using any stroke.

Our program is the perfect opportunity to learn and explore the world of competitive swimming in a low stress and safe environment. Summer swim teams are about having fun and helping kids grow their confidence. While the season may only last for a short 7 weeks, the friendships and memories remain for years to come.

What to expect:

Fees and Uniform:  $300 per participant; latex cap and T-shirt; Swim meets will be a $25 flat fee for each meet attended.

This year our team we will be competing as an AAU team.  All athletes will need to provide proof of AAU membership prior to starting practice.  Please use the link below and follow the steps to register.  If they are already AAU members please submit thier current number during the registration process.

AAU Registration:  $20 - (Summer Team Insurance) - On the AAU page you will select "Youth Athlete Membership; Select sport - Swimming; Select $20 - Regular Coverage

Additional Caps @ $7.50/each

We will provide a link through Xtreme Swim for: Team Suit and googles (Suit and goggles are NOT INCLUDED with the Registration Fee.)

Fins and kickboard are preferred but not mandatory. We will provide fins and kickboard to borrow if you do not have your own.

Refund Policy: There will be no refunds

**Swim Assessments: Scheduled March 29th

Our 2025 Iron Express Summer League evaluations will be March 29th Frisco Swim Center! Coaches and staff members will be able to answer questions about the season and team while your child is being evaluated. If you have questions about the evaluation before, please contact Coach Justin @ [email protected]

The parent t-shirt order deadline is Sunday, May 19th.

New swimmers must be assessed prior to registering for team.  If you registered without being assessed, and do not make the team, there will be NO REFUNDS provided.

Returning swimmers may register through the link provided by Iron Horse Aquatics.

Please use the QR Code to register your swimmer. Please DO NOT share the code. If someone registers without prior approval from the coaching staff, they will not be issued a refund.

Meets on Friday nights at Bruce Eubanks Natatorium 7411 First St, Frisco, TX 75034

Iron Express League Policies:

1. There are no make-up practices for swimmers that miss a class for any reason. Swimmers will not be able to attend a practice at a different time than they are registered for. This is how we can ensure that the set swimmer to coach ratio remains and that all groups have adequate lane space. This is also key for swimmer safety.

2. Session fees will be set at $300 regardless if a swimmer joins the group late.  We will not prorate the amount for days missed due to vacation, other camps, or sickness.

3. We do not offer make-up practices for circumstances beyond our control; this includes weather related cancellations.
